Will you send a proof before printing?
Personalized Shop Items: We do not automatically send a proof before printing, however we will be happy to do so upon request, or if we have any questions about your personalization.
Custom Orders: We will send up to 3 proofs before printing to allow for adjustments to the design.
How do you measure for size?
It’s easy!
- Lay a t-shirt that you like the fit of on a flat surface and smooth it out.
- Measure Width: across the chest, one inch below the junction of the sleeve.
- Measure Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hemline.
- Compare those measurements to the size chart.

I received a gift, but it is the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed goods. However, we can offer you a discount to have it reprinted on another size or style. Please contact us, we will need a few details about the item before we send you a discount code.
Do you offer rush orders processing if I have a tight deadline?
We normally do not offer rush orders, however if a customer has a deadline to meet we will work with them to the best of our ability get it done. The best way to expedite an order is to have your designs ready to go and print ready.
My design is not print ready. Can you help me?
We sure can. Our design department can help you get your design prepped up and ready for print. We offer a wide selection of design services, which include logo and design creation, vectorization, halftoning, and color separations.

Will my colors look the same when printed?
We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur due to differences between digital screens and printing.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes, you can add a gift message at checkout. Gift wrapping is available for select products.

Custom Printing Information
How should I submit my design?
We recommend uploading your artwork in high-resolution (300 DPI) and in CMYK format. Before printing, we’ll ask for your approval. Once approved, your design goes into production, so double-check everything!
Will the colors in my design be exactly the same as what’s on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen — every monitor and device displays colors differently, and fabrics absorb ink differently. If exact color matching is critical, we can print a test swatch for approval (additional cost may apply).
How consistent are the prints?
Each item is individually printed and carefully quality-checked. Minor variations in color, ink texture, or placement can happen — this makes each piece unique! If you notice something that doesn’t match your approved design, contact us immediately.
Can I get a reprint that looks exactly like my previous order?
Reprints may have slight color differences due to ink batches, fabric, or print conditions. We do our best to match previous orders closely, but exact duplication isn’t guaranteed.
How does fabric affect my print?
Different fabrics can show colors differently. Cotton usually shows vibrant, bold colors, while polyester or blends may appear softer. If you’re unsure which fabric will look best, we can help guide you!
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your design is approved. Once approved and production begins we can’t make changes or cancel the order, so review carefully!
Do you provide a proof or mockups?
Yes, for all bulk custom orders we provide both a proof of the design and a visual mockup for finished product.
What is your return or refund policy?
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders. If there’s a clear printing error or defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Do I need rights to the artwork I submit?
Yes. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We also cannot reproduce artwork that violates copyright or trademark laws. If you have any questions, please reach out, we are more than happy to assist you.
